Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Southall
Salary:£45000-£50,000 per annum
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Flexibility required (days/nights/weekends)

Production Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll drive safety, food quality, team performance, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Production Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance, lead incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain audit-ready standards, manage CCPs, and lead corrective actions.
  • People Management: Lead and develop shift managers and teams, manage T&A, and handle performance processes.
  • Performance & CI: Deliver KPIs, drive continuous improvement, lead SIM meetings, and support efficiency.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on KPIs, and communicate priorities effectively.

Production Manager Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of H&S, food safety, and quality systems
  • Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and IT/reporting skills
  • Experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment preferred
