Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary

The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process across both woven, knitwear and accessories categories. This is a pivotal role that ensures product quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency while managing supplier relationships and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of both woven and knitwear production, exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience working with international manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production cycle from development to bulk delivery for both woven and knitwear products.

• Source, manage, and maintain relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, and mills to ensure high-quality standards and competitive pricing.

• Manage and monitor the critical path, ensuring all production milestones are met.

• Work closely with design, technical, and merchandising teams to ensure product feasibility and adherence to brand standards.

• Negotiate production costs and payment terms while ensuring margin targets are met.

• Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot any production issues, including fabric performance, construction methods, and compliance requirements.

• Oversee fit approvals, PP and TOP samples, ensuring alignment with design and technical teams.

• Ensure ethical sourcing and sustainability standards are maintained across all production partners.

• Monitor factory capacities, lead times, and production efficiencies to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fashion production coordination / management, specializing in both woven and knitwear products.

• Strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and manufacturing processes for both categories.

• Experience working with international factories, preferably in Europe and Asia.

• Proven ability to manage a production budget and negotiate pricing.

• Strong knowledge of garment costing, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Zedonk
