Assembly Shop Manager – High Value Products!

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for assembly production and operations? We are looking for an Assembly Shop Manager to oversee the assembly and stores departments, ensuring high-quality output, timely deliveries, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and mentor a team in Assembly and Production Control with connections into the Stores, Spares Kitting, and Test
2. Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands
3. Oversee stock control, inventory management, and equipment calibration
4. Manage non-conformance issues, corrections, and root cause analysis
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Assembly and Stores
6. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in assembly, service, or high value production management
2. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
3. Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills
4. Proficiency in business systems and Microsoft Office
5. Technical knowledge of valve products (preferred)
