About the Opportunity

A fast-scaling, B Corp certified direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand is seeking an operationally rigorous, hands-on Production Manager to own the planning and delivery of every shoot across the business. Why Join?

  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts with model agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative freelancers.
  • Source and manage samples, styling, and props ahead of every shoot.
  • Lead operations on set, troubleshooting issues in real time and keeping shoots strictly on schedule.
  • Track post-shoot deliverables against shot lists and continuously refine internal production processes and workflows.

  • Proven track record managing photographers, videographers, model agencies, and talent contracts.
  • Decisive, calm problem-solver on set with exceptional organizational skills and budget management rigour.
