Job summary

360PM is seeking a Production Manager in London to organise editorial and commercial photo and video shoots from pre-production through to delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, crew and logistics to keep productions on time and on budget.

You will work closely with photographers, creative teams, crew and suppliers, ensuring smooth project coordination. The role is full-time, fixed-term, hybrid with 4 days in the London office and Friday work-from-home, starting in October.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in photographer, film or creative production.
• Experience supporting commercial, editorial, fashion or luxury shoots.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident managing budgets, schedules, and several projects at once.
• Experienced in post production management.
• Calm, practical and able to solve problems.
• Available for occasional travel within Europe.
• Start Beginning October.
• Full-time fixed term based in London.
• Hybrid working x 4 per week in the office, with Friday WFH.
• Salary 30K GBP per year with performance bonus.

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to join the 360PM team in London. You will help organise editorial and commercial photo and video shoots from pre-production through to delivery, helping keep budgets, schedules, crew and logistics running smoothly.
