About the Role

A producer of stunning printed communication materials for some of the largest retailers and brand owners in the UK is seeking an experienced Production Manager. In this role, you will oversee print production, delivery processes, and operational functions for all client projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate client orders into feasible, cost-efficient delivery schedules based on your extensive knowledge of briefing, quoting, proofing, producing, kitting, and delivering outputs.
2. Act as the main liaison between production and client management teams, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
4. Manage both supervisory and hands-on tasks, adapting to daily operational needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of print production processes and experience in production planning.
• Management experience within the printing industry is essential.
• Versatile experience, including dispatch/packing, will be advantageous.
• Flexible, hardworking, dedicated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
