Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Herefordshire based business.

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Herefordshire and as a result of business growth, they are now looking to recruit for a Production Manager.

Key candidate background needed:
  • Previous experience leading, managing or supervising within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Able to read and analyse production schedules to prioritise production workload and meet production deadlines
  • Experience working within a Lean manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing Production teams
  • Responsible for using Lean manufacturing initiatives to identify and implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining health & safety policies
  • Maintaining 6S standards across production
  • Managing team attendance, performance and overtime whilst also developing a culture of development by providing training and mentoring to team members
