Leicester (Groby Road) | £42,000 + 10% Bonus | Monday to Friday (Days)

42 hours/week | Permanent | Industrial / Manufacturing Experience Required

An industry leader in textile, workwear, and laundry services is investing millions into its flagship Leicester plant — and we’re looking for a Production Manager to help lead that transformation.

Your Mission:

As Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a motivated team to deliver high-quality service on time, in full (OTIF). Your day-to-day will include:

Leading improvement forums and quality circles to boost performance and efficiency

Managing KPIs, analysing data, and implementing strategic improvements

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

Maintaining environmental responsibility across production processes

Driving productivity and cost-effectiveness within your department

What You’ll Bring:

Strong production management experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments

A data-driven, quality-focused mindset

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to influence, motivate, and manage team performance (including SMART objectives)

Proficient IT skills (MS Office, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)

Salary & Benefits:

£42,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus
