AVD Appoint Ltd is seeking a Production Manager for a Bedfordshire-based client. You will oversee factory output to meet KPI targets and lead a team of 20 shop floor operatives, driving performance and engagement on a day shift with an early finish on Fridays.

The role offers up to £50,000 plus Bonus and Benefits, with an immediate requirement and a focus on the House Building/Modular construction sector across the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar
• Experience in House Building, Modular Buildings / Construction, MMC or Construction sector

Production Manager - up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Ref 2058

I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work for a key client of mine based in Bedfordshire. Salary up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for over 30 years and employ a significant number of people across the country. They have a phenomenal track record within their industry with nearly all of their work coming from referrals and recommendations.

To support the business with their growth plans and to be able to cope with the shear amount of work they have currently and pipelined, they have the need to appoint a Production Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the output from the factory ensuring all KPI's are met or exceeded, with a specific focus on output. You will be managing and leading a team of 20 shop floor operatives and skilled professionals, so motivating them to ensure you get the best out of them will form a large part of the role. This is a days role Monday-Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar
• Previous experience working within the House Building, Modular Buildings / Construction, MMC or Construction sector
