Reactive Recruitment are exclusively working with a leading local design, manufacturer and supplier of solutions into the waste and recycling industries to recruit for their new Production Manager.

Leading all production activities across the site duties will include;

• Management of 35 + staff including production, quality and supervisory
• Planning, scheduling and resourcing production activities to achieve targets
• Staff management and leadership
• Driving lean and continuous improvements
