Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output meets technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery targets.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams to streamline workflows and introduce process automation where feasible.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key production metrics, using data to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a safety-first culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a production or operations management role within a technical or engineering-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing lean tools and driving CI projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
