Responsibilities

• Leadership of the production packing area
• Open and clear communication and measurement of the KPIs in all areas.
• Full responsibility for HSE, driving a positive culture across operations.
• To identify opportunities and drive improvements, encouraging others to develop a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure all areas work to the current high quality and technical standards.
• Reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations.

Candidate background

• Manufacturing or Warehouse background in food, drink or FMCG manufacturing.
• A detailed working knowledge of plant and process capabilities.
• Able to manage the process improvement journey.
• Results focused, making effective decisions, interpreting data combined with key factory information.
