Our client

is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. Due to exciting plans for 2025, they are looking for a Production Manager to join their Senior Management Team.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all production activities and manage section leaders.
  2. Develop and communicate long-term requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  3. Oversee, schedule, and forecast planning activities; manage procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  4. Act as the interface between internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Provide leadership and direction to all direct reports and ensure objectives are met.
  6. Support the introduction of new manufacturing processes and share best practices within the group.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Strong engineering or manufacturing background with experience across multiple process lines.
  • Experience in people management, including performance management, training, and development.
  • Green Belt in Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
