Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Reporting into the company's General Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved.

The Production Manager Role

1. Oversee a team of 70, including one supervisor and three team leaders
2. Approximately 65% office-based / 35% shop floor
3. Organise production activities
4. Support the recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team
5. Ensure KPIs are achieved and costs are kept to or below budget
6. Implement process improvements
7. Work alongside the H&S team to ensure safety on site, including carrying out risk assessments
