Job summary

The Best Connection in Stowting, Kent is seeking a reliable Production Manager to lead the powder coating department and a team of 12 operatives. You will ensure targets, schedules and quality are met while driving improvements in a growing manufacturing business.

Full training will be provided; immediate start available for the right candidate. A proactive, hands-on manager who can motivate and develop staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar manufacturing management position (essential).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal fencing products based in Stowting, Kent.

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on manager to take responsibility for our powder coating department, leading a team of 12 operatives and ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer deadlines are consistently achieved.

No powder coating experience? No problem. Full training will be provided. What we're looking for is a proven manager with strong production leadership skills who can motivate a team, improve processes and drive performance.

The Role

• Manage and lead a team of 12 within the powder coating department
