The Best Connection is recruiting for a Powder Coating Manager in Ashford, Kent. You will lead a team of 12 in the powder coating department, driving production targets, schedules, quality and safety compliance to support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal fencing products based in Stowting, Kent.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on manager to take responsibility for our powder coating department, leading a team of 12 operatives and ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer deadlines are consistently achieved.

No powder coating experience? No problem. Full training will be provided. What we're looking for is a proven manager with strong production leadership skills who can motivate a team, improve processes and drive performance.

The Role

• Manage and lead a team of 12 within the powder coating department
• Ensure daily production targets and delivery schedules are met
• Monitor and maintain high quality standards
