Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for Production / Machine Operatives in Malvern on a temp to perm basis. £13.98 per hour with overtime £20.97 after 40 hours, weekly pay and full training.

You’ll work a 3-week rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) in a manufacturing setting producing sustainable packaging. Prior production experience helps but isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive attitude and reliability are important assets.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery.
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products.
• Accurately recording production data and information.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
