Job summary

PE Global International is recruiting a Machine Operator for a leading multi-national Technology client based in Aycliffe, United Kingdom. The role involves operating production machines, setting up, loading materials, and ensuring product quality, across three shifts.

The position is a 6‑month contract, paying £17.84/hour PAYE with overtime at 1.5x and 2x. You will work 39 hours per week, 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday; shift flexibility is required. Visa status must permit work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with shift work.
• Good mechanical aptitude and skills are required.
• Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred.
• Safety conscious and able to learn new tasks.
• Team player with production/shift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machines to perform operations or produce parts.
• Sets up machines and loads raw materials; unloads finished product.
• Works from written/verbal instructions and procedures with sound judgment.
