Matchtech Group is seeking Production/Machine Operators for a contract role near Lymington. You will manufacture materials to specs, operate and monitor machinery, and record production data to support efficiency improvements.

Typical hours rotate weekly with early shifts; pay starts at £13.00 per hour and can rise based on performance to over £14.00 per hour. This temp-to-perm opportunity requires good English, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manufacture materials in line with customer specifications.
• Operate and monitor machinery and ancillary equipment.

• Operate machinery and associated equipment according to defined procedures.

Title: Production/Machine Operative

Hours: Weekly rotating pattern
6am - 2pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6am - 11am (Friday)
2pm - 10pm (Monday to Thursday) and 11am - 4pm (Friday)

These are temp-to-perm opportunities dependant upon individual performance and continued strength of the customer order book.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising based on performance to over £14.00 per hour)
