Proactive Personnel Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help ensure products meet stringent quality and safety standards while supporting efficient operations.

The role involves operating hydraulic presses, assembling components, and following manufacturing drawings on a rotating shift pattern from 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with early finishes on Fridays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic power presses.
• Produce high volumes of compression moulded components within fast paced manufacturing environment.
• General assembly work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work from manufacturing drawings.
• Work as part of a team to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining high standards and regular housekeeping.
• Work as part of a busy production line.
• Report to the Production Supervisor.
• Complete all quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use hand and power tools regularly.

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operative to join.. This role involves working within a fast-paced manufacturing production environment, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining efficient operations and upholding our commitment safety and quality assurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a manufacturing environment.

Working Hours: Rotating Shifts, 6:00am till 2:00pm & 2:00pm & 10:00pm Monday to Thursday (With Ealy finishes on Fridays)

Due to the location of the company site, you will need to hold a valid driving license & have your own vehicle. Location is in a rural area so public transport would not be a reliable source to travel consistently to work.
