Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join a leading caravan manufacturer in the UK. The role involves managing stock movements, replenishing production lines and coordinating material flow to keep production moving.

This is a long-term, full-time position in a hands-on warehouse/logistics setting, with opportunities to work across multiple production areas and develop practical skills in materials handling and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience operating tug trucks, stacker trucks or similar equipment is advantageous.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a physically active role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexible approach to supporting different departments as required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting caravan manufacturing operations across multiple production lines.
• Managing stock movements and inventory adjustments.
• Material feeding and line replenishment.
• Manual handling of fabricated and heavy goods.
• Loading and unloading warehouse stock.
• Coordinating deliveries across site.
• Supporting workflow between departments and production units.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
