Job description

We are looking for a methodical and highly organised Production Intern to assist with translating designs into marketable products and work closely with the Creative Director/Production Manager to deliver pieces according to the critical path.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create tech packs and product specifications
  2. Managing styling lend outs and sample tracking
  3. Update raw materials lists/create costings
  4. Shipping orders and materials
  5. Preparing sales assets such as line sheets and look book
  6. Sourcing materials and fabrics for new collection
  7. Stock/studio organisation and running errands
  8. Assist with photoshoots, fittings, shows and events
  9. Organising technical files and documents

Profile:

  1. Currently enrolled in BA Fashion or related degree/undertaking a placement year
  2. Excellent attention to detail and time management
  3. Proficient in Excel and Google sheets
  4. Knowledge of Adobe preferred
  5. Able to do technical drawings/create tech packs
  6. Effective team player and creative/collaborative problem solver
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Knowledge of garment construction beneficial
