Job description

The Company

We are proud to be working with a manufacturing company that specialises in the production of timber frame panels for the Domestic and Commercial Construction Industry. Their focus is ensuring quality standards are met with their products and customer satisfaction is exceeded at all times.

The Role

As the Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing resources to achieve company targets and assisting your manager in delivering products that meet quality, cost, and execution standards. You should have a good understanding of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system and carry out work safely in accordance with EHS procedures.

You will need to take appropriate steps to address absenteeism, motivate staff, and ensure they are well-prepared for each shift. Flexibility is required to supervise teams in various factory areas, conduct investigations, and disciplinary interviews.

You should proactively identify potential problems in quality or processes and take steps to mitigate risks. Use your skills to find opportunities to improve productivity and quality, understand quality requirements thoroughly, and be capable of implementing changes.
