What's the job?

Under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor and/or Line Lead, the Production Operator is responsible for tasks necessary to meet production goals on a production line within a team-oriented environment, focusing on:

  1. Employee Safety
  2. Product Quality
  3. Production Efficiencies
  • Follow standard operating procedures and recipes
  • Set up line following established equipment settings
  • Fill out maintenance work orders and assist Maintenance Technicians as needed
  • Maintain product quality by ensuring standards are followed
  • Monitor product quality and resolve issues using CI tools
  • Track and complete metrics to close out work orders

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Compensation: $24.93 per hour
