Great opportunity to work as a Production Line Leader at our client's fruit and vegetable production site.

Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders to work in Peterborough.

The pay rate is:

• Nights - £ per hour
• Overtime (after 48 hours) - £ per hour

Shift details:

Nights, Monday to Thursday - 6pm to 6am

Please note that shifts may change to meet business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet performance and quality standards.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and customer specifications are followed.
• Manage daily operations and production schedules.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and meet KPIs within budget.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for packaging.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Accurately record production data, waste, and returns.

Heavy lifting may be required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supervisory or team management experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Experience in fresh produce, food production, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Reliable, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
• Experience with safety training, Rubicon ERP, lean manufacturing, and UK retail environments is advantageous.
• Flexible and willing to work in other areas or undergo training.
