Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Line Leader at our Featherstone production site. You will supervise a fast-paced packing line, drive output to meet hourly and daily targets, and foster a safe, compliant working environment.

The role is temp-to-perm with rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) and occasional weekends, offering long-term career progression within a growing contract packing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production or packing operations.
• Hands-on leader with ability to motivate teams.
• Familiarity with GMP and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production line to meet performance targets.
• Ensure finished goods meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow using internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Promote GMP and clean-as-you-go practices.
• Coordinate with agency controllers and provide team feedback.
• Support site improvements and training on the line.
