Found Food & Drink is recruiting a Production Line Leader for a manufacturing business in Medway. This is a hands-on role on the factory floor, helping keep production running smoothly and supporting colleagues with practical guidance.

Open to experienced line leaders or capable operators ready to move into a leadership position, offering a day shift 08:30–17:00 and a salary of £27,000–£34,000 per year depending on experience.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality requirements and safe working.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to support others.
• A practical approach to solving problems and keeping work on track.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be valuable, but experienced operators ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
