Location: Bristol, BS30
Job Role: Line Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Salary: GBP28,000.00-GBP32,000.00 per annum DOE
Role Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of production employees
  • Overseeing production processes to meet daily orders and deadlines
  • Optimising efficiency of the production processes
  • Training and supervising new production line employees
  • Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the facility meets health and safety requirements
  • (CAYGO) Clean as you go ensuring the work area is always clean and tidy
  • Recording data on inventory management order tracking and material supplies
  • Collaborating with other departments on logistics and other business movements

Requirements:

  • Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in leading teams preferred
  • FMCG/Food manufacturing experience.
  • Good PC skills
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • A flexible approach and a proactive attitude
