Our client is looking for PRODUCTION LINE LEADERS to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. You should have previous production or warehouse supervision experience. Must be a strong communicator and able to speak to people at all levels. You will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs safely, efficiently, and achieves targets. Typical tasks include:

• Leading by example and supporting production areas as required, utilizing knowledge of processes, equipment, and quality systems
• Supporting team members to improve their skills, passing information between shifts and departments, and raising performance issues with the Supervisor
• Taking samples and using equipment/systems to monitor and record results for audits
• Monitoring, adjusting settings, and planning production equipment availability to maintain normal operations
• Being accountable for KPI delivery, quality, performance, and service levels

Working hours and pay:

• Monday to Friday: £13.64/hr (set hours)
• Monday to Saturday Overtime: £20.46/hr
• Sunday Overtime: £27.28/hr

Working hours:

• Jan to June: 06:45 to 15:45 (42.5 hours/week)
• July to Dec: 06:15 to 15:45 (45 hours/week)

Candidate requirements:

• CV showing previous production/warehouse experience
• Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
