Position summary: Lead, inspire, and drive excellence as a Production Leader at the state-of-the-art Rolls-Royce Bristol Turbine Facility. You will manage a dynamic team within a manufacturing cell, optimize production performance, and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world-class products.

What you will be doing:

  1. Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.
  2. Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  3. Managing team performance and budgets, optimizing productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.
  4. Ensuring on-time delivery through capacity planning and workflow management.
  5. Developing and empowering the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.

Position Requirements:

  • Safety-first mindset with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.
  • Broad experience across disciplines, with a company-wide outlook and adaptability to different challenges and cultures.
  • Proven track record in improving operational performance and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
