Position Summary

Lead, inspire, and drive excellence as a Production Leader at the state-of-the-art Rolls-Royce Bristol Turbine Facility. Take charge of a dynamic team within a manufacturing cell, optimize production performance, and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world-class products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.
  2. Drive quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  3. Manage team performance and budgets, optimizing productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.
  4. Ensure on-time delivery through capacity planning and workflow management.
  5. Develop and empower the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.
Position Requirements
  • Safety-first mindset with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.
  • Broad experience across disciplines with a company-wide outlook, comfortable dealing with different challenges, cultures, and ways of working.
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred).
