Job Title: Production Leader - Defence Operations Bristol

The business is responsible for delivering all new production (OE) engines and modules to various customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People targets for your Value Stream.
  2. Ensure compliance with company and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
  3. Plan short, medium, and long-term load and capacity for your Value Stream.
  4. Manage and control the budget for your Value Stream, including headcount, productivity, overtime, and absenteeism.
  5. Lead and manage employee development and performance through coaching and engagement.
  6. Drive business improvements to enhance results and customer satisfaction.
