The Production Lead will shape Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are outsourced or produced in-house. This may include developing an in-house studio for original content on platforms like YouTube, expanding storytelling beyond campaigns and enhancing long-term engagement.

This role suits a strategic and operational production leader with hands-on experience, creativity, and a passion for building scalable content systems.

  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager.
  • Address production challenges swiftly, ensuring cross-team alignment.
  • Define long-term production strategy, balancing outsourced and in-house work.
  • Evaluate and improve processes, introducing new systems or tools.
  • Promote a high-performance culture ensuring consistency, speed, and quality.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to align production with marketing goals.
  • Develop a strategic framework for an in-house studio focused on original content, especially for YouTube.
  • Partner with teams to create content that extends storytelling beyond campaigns, including behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, and charity features.
  • Plan resources, pilot workflows, and test scalable content formats to build brand engagement.
  • Identify where in-house capabilities can enhance storytelling and brand visibility.

About You

  • 10+ years in senior production roles across creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media.
  • Proven track record managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, social, and branded content.
  • Experienced in managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines.
  • Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal capabilities.
  • Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production, with good judgment on investments.
  • Highly organized, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent.
  • Collaborative leader with experience influencing senior teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with regulated sectors or compliance-sensitive content (e.g., charities, fundraising) is a plus.

We value diversity of thought and experience, encouraging all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives to apply.
