We are leader in the product development, manufacture and marketing of speciality nutrients & biostimulant products for use in regenerative agriculture worldwide. The business has grown significantly in recent years and has continued ambitious growth objectives for its Biological products. To meet this growth a new Global Production plant is currently being built in Howden, UK.
We are seeking a Production IT Engineer to join our team in Howden.
Reporting to the Production Manager in this role, you will be responsible in supporting the production site with all production IT systems and infrastructure.
This role requires expertise in corporate IT systems (e.g., networks, servers, cybersecurity) which must also be expended to industrial control systems (e.g. SCADA, PLC network management, OT device configuration, devices hardening etc).
The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production IT systems.
- Administer and secure industrial networks.
- Implement change control procedures and maintain documentation for assets.
- Perform general maintenance, security updates, upgrades, diagnostics, and data backups of workstations or server (in IT and OT domains).
- Responsible person for achieving and maintaining compliance with company cybersecurity policy.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- IT Support - ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, servers etc.
- Follow ITIL-based service management processes (incident, problem, and change management)
