As a Production Hub Lead, you’ll can play your part as a Production Hub Lead at Devonport, near Plymouth, Devon. Drawing on your leadership and engineering expertise, you will help shape the future of the UK's submarine programme while developing a new capability that will have a lasting impact on operational performance and efficiency.
Day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in supporting the submarine programme by bringing pipe and reactor fitter resources together into a central production hub. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop your own team, drive innovation, improve productivity, and influence how critical engineering work is delivered across the business. Your leadership will directly contribute to national defence capabilities while creating opportunities for your own professional growth and development.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
