How You Will Make an Impact

Meet and exceed performance goals within your line/zone, ensuring targets are achieved on an hour-by-hour and shift-by-shift basis.

Provide coaching, support, and development to a team of up to 15 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and GMP standards within your zone.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on value-added activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Support the Senior Group Leader in recruitment, selection, and training to build a skilled and capable team.

Report on operational performance and take action to address any performance gaps across hourly, shift, and monthly metrics.

Cultivate a safety-focused environment, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and maintaining a zero-harm workplace.

Manage the deployment of Lean tools (5S, TPM, Standardized Work) and handle people management tasks, including appraisals and absence management.

What We Are Looking For

Previous team lead experience in a production support role, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise.

Extensive experience working in a controlled manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Math and English, providing a solid educational foundation.

Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software tools.

Moderate GMP training, with a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related industry standards.

Proven ability to manage compliance and drive continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and support teams.
