SproutsAI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise workflows. You will build scalable back-end and full-stack systems in Python (with Go exposure) and own features from discovery to production.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand processes, integrate agents with core systems, and contribute to reusable platform capabilities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production software.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data modelling.
• Proficient in Python with exposure to Go highly desirable.
• Experience building end-to-end production systems and shipping features to customers.
