Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd on behalf of an established manufacturing and home improvement business seeks a hands-on General Manager with a strong production background. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive efficiency, and own production planning while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role demands active leadership of the production workforce, cross‑department collaboration, and a track record of delivering improvements and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong manufacturing or production background.
• Experience managing and motivating a production workforce.
• Good understanding of production planning, processes and efficiency.
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage costs and resources.
• Hands-on approach with strong organisational and leadership skills.
