This role involves managing production and finance tasks including invoicing, delivery notes, and general admin duties. Ideal candidates will possess strong Excel skills and a good telephone manner.
Acorn by Synergie are looking for a experienced Production Finance Assistant to work within a well-established manufacturer in the Crumlin area.
Brief of Role:
Production:
Raise labels for production
Raise Works Orders for production
Update production Boards
Create new product records
Housekeeping of manufacturing system
Finance:
Raise customer delivery notes
Raise customer sales invoices
Send Customer statements
Process supplier invoices, matched with GRN's
Supplier statement reconciliations
Manage External Pallet account
Produce & Enter monthly stock take details
Process customer & supplier payments
Manage online spending accounts
General administrative duties are also part of this role, to be discussed during interview
Key Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Knowledge of Sage 50 and CIM50, but not essential
Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers
To Note: in addition to these duties, employees are required to carry out such other general duties as may be reasonably required.
Working hours and pay rates
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
