Job summary

Trafalgar Entertainment is seeking a Management Accountant: Productions in Woking to join the Production Finance team. You will take the lead on delivering timely production accounts, track production budgets, expenditure and commitments, and support month-end processes including cashflow and SPV reporting.

You will build strong relationships with General Managers, handle royalties, investor returns, and tax-related issues, and assist with statutory accounts and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant with production accounting experience.
• Experience with financial software and Excel on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Leads on the delivery of accurate and timely production accounts on a weekly basis.
• Main point of contact for General Managers regarding financial queries.
• Responsible for royalties, investor returns, petty cash, and credit cards.
• Contributes to fortnightly cashflow forecasts and SPV forecasts.
• Supports submission of SPV statutory accounts and timely theatre tax relief.
• Assists monthly management accounts, budget and re-forecasting.
• Provides tax guidance relevant to productions.
