Job description

Whisper is a leading global production company, specialising in sports, unscripted, and branded entertainment.

We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to join our Sport & Digital Departments to work across Live & Non-Live Sport Productions.

The role suits someone with a strong background in Live & Non-Live Sport Production. Experience with a broader slate, budget writing, managing large teams, and delivering programmes internationally is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HoPs in managing the slates of our Live & Non-Live Sport Productions.
  • Plan and contract staff, manage PMs and PCs, mentor junior team members, and actively seek diverse talent.
  • Manage client relationships, attend meetings, and serve as a key project contact.
  • Coordinate with Business Affairs to ensure compliance, including staff, freelance, and talent contracting.
  • Construct and revise budgets, oversee cost management.
  • Negotiate deals, explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute projects.
  • Oversee risk assessments, staffing, and post-production schedules.
  • Uphold Whisper's vision and promote a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Location: Kew, London.
Working Days: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH, flexible schedule, includes weekend work as needed, with lieu days for extra hours.
Start: ASAP, 12-month FTC, negotiable for the right candidate.
Salary: Based on experience.
