Description

Shine TV is potentially looking for an experienced Production Executive to work on a large new (Factual) Entertainment series for a major streaming platform.

This position will be a mix of working from Shine’s London office (with possible flexibility including the potential to work from home one day per week, depending on the demands of the production and schedule) and being on location for foreign filming.

It is essential that the successful candidate is available to be on location for all three separate filming blocks, as well as the three tech recces prior to filming. Filming will take place in exciting foreign locations.

1. Each tech recce will last around 10 days.
2. Each filming block will last approximately three weeks.

The first & second tech recces are expected to be in October.
Filming for the first block is scheduled to start in late November and will run through to just before Christmas. There will be a short break in the schedule over the holiday period, with Production continuing in to 2026.

The production will have a large team with plenty of support.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, fun and have excellent attention to detail. They must have previous experience managing large teams and schedules, overseeing foreign complex shoots, and handling high-risk activities related to Health & Safety and Insurance.

Start Date: Mid to late May 2025
Contract runs through to: Late October 2026
