Job summary

Redline UK in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk seeks a Production Engineering & Test Manager to deliver the Engineering strategy via strong technical leadership and disciplined performance management. You will drive continuous improvement, lead engineering and test teams, and ensure KPIs across safety, quality, delivery and cost are met.

The role offers a 9 day working fortnight, hybrid working, flexitime, and relocation assistance up to £8,000.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma background and continuous improvement experience.
• Leading engineering and test teams to meet KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Experience in high-reliability microelectronics product design and manufacturing.
