Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Engineer in Hungerford for a full-time, permanent position. You will work closely with production, engineering and QC teams to optimise workflows and implement safety and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities include diagnosing production issues, developing productivity strategies and staying up-to-date with engineering trends to drive continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and liaising with production, engineering and QC staff.
• Ability to develop workflow strategies to increase productivity, efficiency and profit margins.
• Knowledge of essential safety protocols on the production line.
• Implementing best practice approaches into the production line.
• Diagnosing issues and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
• Keeping up to date with developments in engineering and production.
• Identifying, documenting and reporting unsafe routines and targeted output.

Responsibilities
