How You Will Make an Impact

  • You will perform setup, changeover, breakdown repair, and running adjustments to maximize operating time.
  • You are expected to maintain equipment to ensure maximum production time and optimal 'as new' running condition.
  • You will lead initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and output.
  • You will develop and implement new procedures and improvements.
  • You will respond rapidly to breakdowns and communicate downtime duration.
  • You are encouraged to collaborate with team members and external resources to resolve issues.
  • You will support the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • You will ensure successful introduction of new products and components.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and maintaining departmental documentation in line with MHRA and BSI requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a production environment.
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • You will be working Dayshift with a rotating model of morning and afternoon.
