Qualifications

• Background in Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on approach to engineering and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Improve production processes, efficiency, quality and costs.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Improve tooling, jigs, fixtures and manufacturing methods.
• Provide practical engineering support to the production team.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Update work instructions, processes and engineering documentation.
• Work within a cross range of departments.
• Monitor improvements to ensure delivery of lasting results.
