Job Description

We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in medical devices, silicone injection and compression molding, and a strong mechanical background.

Experience Requirements Overview

• Molding experience required
• Engineering education
• Experience with injection and compression molding machines
• Ability to interpret equipment electrical drawings for testing and troubleshooting
• Experience with cleanroom operation and preventative maintenance
• Tooling management, operation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Molding machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Production equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Preventative maintenance of molding machines and production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with IQ, PQ, OQ protocols
• Knowledge of quality system documentation including SOPs
• Understanding of quality control processes and standards
• Training production team members as needed
• Effective time management and project prioritization skills
