Job description

• Develop processes to produce products that meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Ensure all processes meet volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Design production processes and facility layouts to optimize ‘Value Added’ activities and eliminate ‘Non-Value Added’ processes and operations.
• Ensure availability of jigs, fixtures, tooling, and programming to support all production requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on progress, open issues, upcoming actions, and risk management.
• Support manufacturing areas technically to eliminate waste, reduce NVA, enhance productivity, and prevent accidents.
• Identify, specify, and present business cases for new equipment and processes.
• Implement, educate, and support standard work and lean processes.
• Support training procedures and programs for effective use of new processes and equipment.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong knowledge and experience in Production Engineering within heavy engineering and fabrication.
• Leadership in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems, tools, and processes.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering information.
• Proficiency in jig design and AutoCAD software.
• Experience in production planning using MRP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Focus on quality and ability to emphasize its importance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00
