Job summary

Linea Resourcing - STEM Recruiter is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join an established electronics manufacturing business responsible for delivering complex projects on time and budget. You will work with senior management to ensure the production capability remains aligned with project demands and manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive production engineering experience in a complex electronic manufacturing environment.
• Ability to solve manufacturing problems and drive improvements using data.
• Experience with engineering processes such as ECN/ECR/PFMEA/FMECA.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI process for new and existing products
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure NPI and production programmes are on track
• Manage ECR, ECN, PFMEA, FMECA and part obsolescence processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production / quality events
• Use production data to improve efficiency and effectiveness
