This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of internal trading systems, enabling the seamless deployment of new trading strategies and providing real-time alerts on system issues.

As a Production Engineer, you will work hands-on across the full trading technology stack-from blockchain integration and trading logic to infrastructure and observability. Your contributions will directly impact the firm's trading performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain high-performance trading systems in a live production environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve latency and performance issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously seek mentorship and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Linux systems, including performance tuning, debugging, and networking.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot latency issues in complex environments.
• Experience supporting custom-built applications in production.
• Familiarity with high-frequency trading (HFT) concepts and the trading lifecycle.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environment.
